The location is good, the room is clean and very quiet! The receptionist was very attentive.

Despite some shortcomings, the guest had a pleasant experience due to the friendly night receptionist, but was let down by the hotel's lack of hospitality and inadequate communication about available services.

This hotel offers a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation, with spacious rooms that provide a peaceful ambiance. However, guests may encounter some issues with cleanliness and communication with staff. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's structure is impressive and has great potential for improvement.
