Everything was great! The staff helped us plan all of our trips and were very friendly. The room and the whole hotel were super clean, and the location is really good. Nothing to complain about.

A great proposal in Victoria Falls, away from the busiest areas, which makes it ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are super comfortable and well prepared, and the complex offers the necessary comfort to spend free days and combine them with activities outside. Because it’s a new place, some service aspects weren’t fully polished yet, not due to a lack of willingness or friendliness from the staff, who are very outstanding, but due to the learning curve of a growing hotel service. They will undoubtedly keep improving in the near future.
