The buffet here is amazing, but that's about where it ends. We asked for a heater since it was freezing, but they kept giving us broken ones. After three tries, we just gave up. And don't even get me started on the hot water - you had to leave the tap running for 15 minutes just to get some.

This place is clean and decent value for the price, but that's about it. We booked the Royal ensuite thinking it'd be worth it, but honestly, it wasn't. For what they charged, I expected a lot more.

We had a great stay at the Cygnett resort - the staff and amenities were top class. There was a small issue with the heating, but it was sorted quickly. We're already planning to come back and explore Nainital some more. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The pictures here are totally misleading - I was expecting a lot more from a royal suite. Turns out it's just two small, cramped rooms with shared toilets, which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I mean, who has a royal suite with common toilets? It's just not what I paid for.
