“Staff Behaviour are too Good but Hotel arrangements are too disappointed”
The hotel staff were friendly, yet the bathroom was unbearably smelly, the room was packed, and there was no fresh air or ventilation.

The staff’s language skills were terrible and there was no Wi‑Fi available, plus the staff demanded extra money.
