The shower facilities were quite basic.
“Ok”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff and the delicious breakfast they served. However, I encountered an issue with the hot water supply, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, the staff's warm hospitality and the tasty breakfast made up for the minor inconvenience.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and warmth, and it was clear that the staff were dedicated to providing top-notch service. Although the hotel's decor could be improved, the staff's enthusiasm and dedication more than made up for it.
The staff were wonderful, attentive, and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely and we slept very well, but the shower was broken so we could only shower with water also pouring out of the bath tap which was uncomfortable and noisy. The breakfast food was cold, the pastries were dry / stale, and there were huge rips and stains visible on the dining room carpet.
“Its location and staff”
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor. However, I was disappointed to find that there were no options available for vegan and vegetarian guests. Despite this, the hotel's prime location and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.
