The hotel provides a roomy, comfy room, a functioning elevator, a clean pool with two kids’ pools and one adult pool, and a breakfast menu that mixes local and western dishes; the espresso and coffee machine is handy for a hot drink. We slept, swam, and rested well. The basement parking is a hassle: no elevator, so if you have heavy or multiple bags—especially with a baby—you’ll have to drop everything at the lobby and use the mobile trolley with the bellboy’s help. The front desk didn’t tell me that the basement lacked elevator access, so my husband had to haul five bags up two flights of stairs to reach the lobby, which was the only thing that upset us during check‑in.
