The hotel staff were superb every time we stayed there. The hotel is clean, safe, and in a quiet spot not too far from the city, so I highly recommend it. One suggestion would be to have more soap and toilet paper in the bathroom.

This is probably the most delightful review I’ve ever written for a hotel. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived a day later than planned. Throughout the process we stayed in touch with the hotel, and they were very understanding and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and kindly carried our bags to our beautiful room. We stayed for about a week, and everything was consistently excellent—the daily room cleaning was impeccable, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were even more impressive. Over the course of our stay at Baobab Hotel we had the pleasure of getting to know them, which made the experience even more special. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be to provide guests with liquid soap and perhaps fix the toilet, as it was slightly unsteady. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Rwanda.
