The accommodation is extremely close to the bus stop and metro station. The kitchen/lunchroom is a shared space where all pre‑packed breakfast, coffee, fruit juice, and anything you want are ready to grab at any time. Thank you. I wrote on booking the day before arrival when we would be arriving. They messed it up. Getting in was very hard because there was no button like that on the house’s front door between the doorbells. In the middle of the way I got a WhatsApp message from the owner asking when we were arriving, but the app treated it as spam, so I missed it. We called, they didn’t pick up. A neighbor finally let us in. He told us which apartment it was; the door had another number, we called it, it was a real adventure. A Ukrainian(?) lady who didn’t speak any language came to let us in. She was kind. The room was warm, stuffy, no air conditioning, and we couldn’t set the heating unit under the window to cooling. The walls were thin; the Spanish lady in the neighboring room sang loudly on her way home the first night. The garbage truck came every night, collecting trash, with a terrible noise. The floor was terribly dirty, it would need a thorough hot‑water chemical mop. The doors were dirty, and in the bathroom at dawn I even saw a cockroach. The gas boiler was always on when someone let water through. (Although this is normal in Rome, we accepted it). Also, there could be more outlets and coat hooks available in more places.

La ubicación me encantó. Porque está a 12 cuadras del Coliseo y además es muy fácil de acceder a todos lados tanto en colectivo como en subte si no querés caminar. El barrio es lindo, tranquilo para venir de noche. Hasta casi las 12 de la noche caminando sin problemas. Respecto a la habitación tenía un tamaño muy bueno igual que el baño. La cama lo más cómodo del mundo!!! Todo estaba impecable respecto a la limpieza. Desayuno completo, sirve para arrancar la mañana. Fabricio estuvo atento desde el primer momento, con instrucciones claras y le pedí datos de traslados y me ayudó perfectamente. La verdad que es muy bueno para Roma! Además te obliga a conocer barrios de Roma que nunca había visto!. Cómo crítica constructiva: La decoración podría ser un poco mejor, la mesa de luz estaba rota por lo tanto no la pude usar. El aire hacia un pico de ruido y tenía una palanganita porque caía agua. Son detalles a ajustar pero repito. Nada que sea tremendo como para no ir!
