It was clean, but it felt a bit fresh and comfortable.
A good hotel with nice staff; I highly recommend it and will see you again after our trip.
I liked the hotel’s location, easy to reach many attractions, and the building was quiet and pleasant. The room was nice, comfortable, had air conditioning, and I appreciated that water was provided. The restaurant partnership was convenient, and the laundry service was efficient and useful during my stay. The staff handled a payment issue quickly and without hassle. However, I reported a malfunction four times; each time I was told it was fixed, yet it kept happening. A different solution was only offered two days before my departure, when the stay was almost over. The TV didn’t work properly, and the Wi‑Fi in the room was weak and unreliable. The room wasn’t well sound‑proofed, so outside noise was easily heard. I couldn’t use the currency exchange because there wasn’t enough money available when I asked. After I left, my contact and the person who stayed with me were used to send several messages and make calls about the review, repeatedly asking me to change it, which felt overly intrusive.
The hotel was very good and quiet; we’re happy and highly recommend it. The Wi‑Fi was great, and they even provided airport transportation.
