Getting to the place is easy by car, whether you come via Păcurari or Arcu streets when entering Iași from the west. The area was quiet over the weekend when we were there. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with fresh linens and towels, furniture in perfect condition, and a new TV. The pillows were functional on the bed. We had a balcony with a very good view. The little shaded terrace in the courtyard was excellent. Reception was friendly and efficient. Street parking in front of the hotel was available. Breakfast was a decent Swedish buffet, a plus even though it was in a different building. On the downside, I’d add pillows to the aluminum chairs on the outdoor terrace (otherwise fine and sturdy). Entry to the villas can be difficult for people with mobility issues and practically impossible for those in a stroller, which can be explained by how the terrain configuration was used. The breakfast was in the back building (Hotel Arnia); I’m not sure how the access via external stairs works in winter; a few quality cold cuts would be a nice addition. On a longer stay the menu might feel repetitive. Even though street parking was convenient, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but that didn’t seem to be a problem.

Дуже привітний персонал, зачекали після закриття рецепції на мене, оскільки запізнювався потяг. Зручна локація, поруч магазини та кав'ярні, близько до вокзалу та метро. Тихо та затишно, усе було чисто та гарно. Дякую!
