I wouldn’t recommend staying in rooms without air‑conditioning, just a fan, because it gets extremely hot; also, only stairs reach the third floor, which is tiring to do a few times a day, there’s hot water only on the first floor, and there was never any toilet paper.

The room was great with air‑conditioning, and the front‑desk lady was very pleasant and attentive; everything else was perfect.

The place is in a great spot, right next to the pier and a 7‑11. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the value for money was excellent.

The price‑quality ratio was really good. I was only 2 minutes from the port, where boats leave for Railay Beach for €8 round‑trip. I also booked the cheapest tour for the 7‑island trip and we loved it. The curtains didn’t block the light, so we woke up to glare. The fan wasn’t powerful enough and the room lacked many general comforts.
