A rural holiday home with plenty of comfort, recently renovated with taste and craftsmanship (this applies to the two bedrooms on the first floor and the living room on the ground floor, each with air‑conditioning; also the modern second bathroom between the bedrooms with shower and toilet to the latest standard). The outdoor area is as generous as the rooms, with a lawn and shade‑providing trees, a variable seating group, loungers, and a Hollywood swing. The adjoining utility garden belongs to the second half of the building; the yield of figs, tomatoes, and zucchini let the host family generously share with us. Overall we felt very welcome and well informed. The quiet location of the estate in the hilly landscape between the coast and the mountains invites relaxation. A visit is worth it to the quaint main town of Mombaroccio, surrounded by a medieval city wall, on the hilltop. In 25 minutes by car you can also reach the coast (the sandy beach is partly free, partly managed) between the Roman‑heritage‑laden Fano and the moon‑lit Pesaro. Not much further is the impressive Furlo Gorge or the Renaissance city of Urbino.
