The room was okay and tidy, but the air was cold and not cool.

The hotel's cleanliness was seriously impressive, but the lack of a lift was a major drawback, especially since our room was on the second floor and the toilet was a bit of a climb up two steps – not ideal for families with young kids or elderly guests.

The room and bathroom were spotless, but unfortunately, there's no translation for the cleanliness – 'kebersihan bilik dan tandas' means the cleanliness of the room and toilet, which was a major plus.

This hotel really stands out in the area, with a super comfy bed, a great TV, and a brand new shower that's a real treat. The room itself was spotless and had a lovely fresh scent, but it would've been nice to have a fridge and kettle available.
