The bed linen was clean, yet the commode wasn’t. The lady at reception was not friendly or helpful at all.

Sam is very kind, will try to help with anything and give recommendations. The staff overall is very good. The location is a drawback – nothing nearby. When they cleaned my room they only rinsed the glasses with water, never used a sponge because they were “somewhat dirty”. Sometimes they forgot to refill the coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the check-in process, and the room was spotless, just like the photos. The location was also very convenient, especially with a scooter, as it took around 10-15 minutes to get to the beach at Kata, Kata Noi, and Nai Harn. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, cleanliness, and spacious family room at this hotel. However, the location was a bit far from Phuket, and there weren't many grab options around. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and cleanliness.
