The waiting area was dirty, and they told me the room was ready but I had to wait. When I entered the room, I was only given the key and the TV remote never arrived. The cleaning was lacking and could be improved. I left a tip pending and had to remind the receptionist twice for it to be given. The price‑quality ratio was poor.

I stayed there just to sleep after a flight; the place is a 20‑minute walk or a 5‑minute taxi ride from the Cruz del Sur bus station. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooms.

The check‑in was quick, the staff helpful, and the bed was very comfortable; it’s a 20‑minute walk from the bus terminal. However, the guests in the adjacent room blasted music at a very high volume until 3:30 am, and after I complained several times, the staff finally turned it off.
