The room I first got had an AC that was switched to another room and it didn't work; the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and the glass for drinking water was dirty. There were no water bottles left in the room.

This hotel is a real gem, with a fantastic interior that's been kept in top condition. The decor is modern and stylish, and the rooms are spotless. Unfortunately, the location is a bit of a letdown – it's not exactly in the heart of the action. Still, if you're looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. However, the room was a bit of a disappointment – it was tiny, and the bathroom was so small that I couldn't even fit in there comfortably. The toilet and shower were basically inaccessible due to the cramped space, which was a real pain. Overall, it's a shame because the service was great, but the room was just not up to par.
