Very good hotel, the room was very comfortable.

The front office team were excellent, kind and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the location was great, yet the TV kept cutting out and randomly turning on, there was no fridge or coffee set‑up, only a kettle. Typical hotel amenities were missing. Breakfast was decent, though there was no choice of omelets or fried eggs, only good breads. I was annoyed that they charged 14.00 for tap water at dinner; the food itself was really good, but because of that we opted for other restaurants the following nights. Overall a nice hotel, but the lack of amenities in St Moritz and the extra cost nudged our rating down a bit; they could raise the standard a touch.

The staff were attentive, but breakfast was a let‑down: options were very limited. As a pregnant guest I couldn’t eat much because the eggs were only cooked for 4 minutes, there were no other egg dishes, and everything else was just processed meats.
