“Wonderful, supportive staff , just one drawback is that you have to climb steep stairs if you wanna go out”

The staff were fantastic, but the stairs were a nightmare—there should be a lift from the ground floor too, otherwise it was impossible to leave the hotel with a baby. Make sure every floor has lift access.

“Great location but rooms are bit outdated and food is just above average”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, I was a bit disappointed with the outdated room and bathroom, which didn't quite live up to the standards of other hotels in the area.

“Good view and 10 C lower temperatures than in Delhi”

I was blown away by the stunning view from my room and the hotel's prime location on the main walking street. However, I was appalled by the outrageous taxi fares that seemed to be artificially inflated due to some kind of alliance between hotels and taxis.
