Everything was perfect, and owner Claudio was very kind; when I mentioned traveling by motorcycle he offered to let me park it in the private area and inside a garage. No complaints.

The room was large and quiet, and the common areas—an expansive living room, a wide fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace—were great, plus a private parking spot. I would improve the front door: just oil the hinges, especially at night, because the creak is annoying, especially for the room behind the front door.

The room was good, clean, and spacious, and the common areas were nice; I had private parking, and since I was traveling by motorcycle I was given a key and parked it in a closed parking lot. The building's exterior looked bad before entering the room.
