There wasn’t much to praise, and the staff should receive better training.

The location suited my needs, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

There were no positives, and everything was disappointing.

I booked with breakfast included, yet the hotel refused to provide it. On 29 Feb 2024 the hotel charged me for breakfast, which I had to pay; after persistent negotiation the management finally allowed a partial refund of only Rs 200, even though breakfast was supposed to be included. Upon check‑in I was given room 302, which flooded with toilet water after a shower. They then moved me to a smaller room that could only accommodate two people; the toilet was shabby, the door didn’t lock, and room service was not prompt. The food at the restaurant was decent, though the location was a drawback.
