The location is good, very close to the church, and staff came daily to tidy up. If you can, choose a cleaner place—this one is pricey for no reason, just because of its location. We booked mainly for the location, although the photos didn’t suggest it was especially large. Upon entering, you see the sheets and think everything is fine, but in reality the room urgently needs a general clean and replacement of old items like the bucket, the sink, the bathroom phone, etc. Unfortunately a daily vacuum isn’t enough for the top‑level issues! We saw large holes in the sheets, coffee drops on the bathroom door, the sink ready to fall off, salt everywhere in the bathroom, and a dishcloth that hadn’t been washed! Also, they provided very little shampoo and conditioner. Two people, three days, left three 33 ml bottles that were both shampoo and conditioner (if it were just one, it wouldn’t bother us, but combined with the rest it feels like they’re cutting costs everywhere). Finally, when a towel is offered on the balcony, it’s good to have more than one towel… Unfortunately, the management is very poor; these are things the manager should have seen and considered on their own, a shame.
