I loved the location because there are cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby; it’s also close to the river and easy to reach the UACh from there. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. The coffee served at breakfast looked very unattractive and could be improved easily; I hope they do, because the rest of the breakfast options are excellent.

Great spot, right where I needed to be, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel lives in a lovely old building and sits right next to the city centre and the bus stop, which is handy. Unfortunately the heating was a nightmare – the first room was cold, we were moved, and the second room still had radiators that went ice‑cold by evening, so we kept pestering the front desk. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work anywhere either, and breakfast was a disappointment – few choices, tiny portions, and the bread was clearly from the day before.

Everything was fine, but the lack of an elevator made getting up to our floor a bit of a hassle.

The beds were comfortable, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
