Super clean, all staff very friendly, breakfast exquisite with many options and high quality, plus they provide coffee and tea in the room and the hall, and the location is excellent, very close to the West station where most connections leave—everything perfect!

Breakfast was good and the price is reasonable for Switzerland.

I walked a bit, but the flat terrain made it easy and the location was good. The room had a sink. The staff were friendly. It would have been better if the shared toilet were separated by gender.
