The staff were friendly and the room was large, but the bathroom had a leaking sink and the air‑conditioning was hard to control.

Quiet, pleasant atmosphere; value for money. Short distance to 'Khao Wang' (Palace Hill). 1) The bed had a bottom sheet, and in stead of the top sheet, only a simple duvet (comforter) without a removable cover that could be laundered. 2) In the room one needed to set the remote of the airconditioner to 19 degrees Celcius and on 'Turbo', to cool sufficienty

The property is run by some lovely ladies who welcomed us warmly and guided us throughout our stay, giving excellent tips on what to do in Phetchaburi and how to get around; they were very kind and even handed out extra water when we left. The place is highly recommended for its great value and convenient location near attractions and the station. For those with special needs, note that the bed was not very firm, but it didn’t bother us at all and we slept wonderfully.

A cute little hotel in a residential area just outside the city centre, everything was fine. The staff didn’t speak much English, but Google Translate worked well and they were very helpful.
