We found a mouse in our bedroom, the AC remote wasn’t working, and the receptionist named boo‑boo was really unpleasant. It was the worst person I’ve met in Koh Samui; I would never recommend staying there.

Absolutely disappointing – dirty, run-down, and full of mold. Our stay was a catastrophe. The room was already in a disgusting, unhygienic state upon arrival, with everything looking dirty, worn, and utterly shabby. A massive, unpleasant mold odor made the stay barely tolerable. We complained and switched rooms, only to find the second room just as bad: shabby, dirty, and with the same mold smell. There is no way to describe a clean, well-maintained hotel room here. You expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene in a hotel room, and neither was present. We will never return to this hotel and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
