The hotel was amazing with great views and exceptional staff, but it’s hard to reach and the transfer bus runs on a limited schedule, which is inconvenient; otherwise everything was fantastic.

I loved everything about the hotel: the bedroom and view were perfect, the bed was super comfy, the tropical shower was fantastic, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels; the hotel was modern, fresh, and clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast and bar menu had everything we liked, the pool area was spotless with plenty of loungers and stunning views across Sorrento and the bay, and the pool was sunny from sunrise to sunset. The shuttle bus ran like clockwork from 7.45 am to 11 pm daily, making it easy to get to Sorrento and back, and the drop‑off and pick‑up at the train station was perfect for exploring. The only downside was that there were no bottles of water in the room at check‑in or supplied daily during cleaning.

“The best holiday we’ve had, will definitely be coming back again!”

The restaurant food was unbelievable, and breakfast was too as there were so many options. The view of the sea from the balcony was like something out of a movie scene! The staff were so friendly, very helpful, and very funny at dinner time. Nothing.

The view of The Bay of Naples was amazing and the location was good. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus could run a few more times a day to give hotel guests more options.
