Annie at the front desk was extremely rude. I needed to be added to the reservation, and she hung up on the person who was adding me. She was just mean for no reason, didn’t verify any of my information, and when I finally checked in she didn’t tell me about breakfast times or Wi‑Fi. She gave me the wrong directions to my room and was overall very unpleasant. I’m not sure I’ll recommend this place because it was very off‑putting.

The location was perfect for our planned event. Breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful. The bed was comfortable at first, but later I woke up very uncomfortable. Each room should have an extra blanket so guests don’t have to call the front desk to get one.

Super clean and very well managed hotel. The breakfast was outstanding by American standards, with some variation in the menu from day to day. Dining was on porcelain dishes with metal cutlery. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very friendly. The proximity to the tram (about 600 m) was great, with a 15‑minute interval (30 minutes on Sundays) to the city center (and the airport) for $2.50. Directly opposite is a restaurant, e.g. for dinner. The downside was that on weekdays breakfast was only until 9:00 (weekends until 10:00). That can easily catch a “late sleeper” and leave them standing there with an empty stomach.
