Floating was an amazing experience, the views, the location, the terrace—both on the upper floor for breakfast or to have a drink, and the option to fish from the terrace or dock. The bed was very comfortable. There were few kitchen utensils, no standard kitchen rag to clean the counter, and after a week we ran out of soap and shampoo by the third day. Access to the accommodation was a bit awkward because the door opens outward, making entry difficult; it didn’t bother us, but when a passing boat moved, the house shifted slightly.

I had an outstanding stay, starting with the price, the look and comfort of the interior, the location, the LIGHT!!!, and ending with excellent service that forgave us a silly incident ;) highly recommend, we’ll definitely return!

The fish and the rocking were great. At low tide the smell wasn’t good, and the lock on the jetty jammed.

“Quirky”

We found this unusual place to have everything you’d need: clean, comfy, and a nice spot on the lower terrace to watch boats or on the roof terrace to sip drinks with friends; walking to bars and restaurants was easy, and the nearby bike shop was convenient. Free parking was a plus. The bed was hard to get into if you have mobility issues, we didn’t get a hair dryer even though it was listed, and the road closures made it tough to find the place on a map. When we arrived there was a huge crack in the double‑glazed window, we reported it but no one replied.
