The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. Everything else was fine.

I wanted to spend the whole day with my daughter in the pool. We brought special diapers in case we needed to use the pool. The staff still denied us access. So we had to bring special pool diapers.

“Estada molt agradable”

The room was big, breakfast varied, and the reception staff were very friendly. There was a complimentary room to shower after check‑out. It’s a great move by the hotel, very appreciated. The fridge made noise at night. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this hotel isn’t it, but if you want activity and an energetic atmosphere it’s perfect—depends on the type of trip you’re after.

The property sits right across from the sea, in a more authentic and less touristy area. The staff are friendly and the food is very good and varied at both breakfast and dinner (we used the half board). The value for money is good. I would recommend the place. Only a few suggestions for improvement: more cleaning in the rooms (the floor, exposed to sand from the beach, should be cleaned daily); add medium‑intensity lights both in the bathroom and above the bed; the welcome kit always pleases (slippers and bathroom products).

The location near the sea, the buffet dinner that was plentiful, the pool, and the accessibility of all areas were great. Right outside the hotel was the long seafront walk and many tourist services, shops and restaurants. The tour operator service that offered excursions was useful, and the proximity to the tourist train stop was convenient. The rigidity of the schedule was a problem: dinner started at 18.30, which for us Italians is the snack time in summer! If you arrive at 20, which seems a reasonable dinner time, you risk finding the buffet half‑empty and the tables for four full. In the large dining room only three tables were for families of four or five, all the others were for two. If those were occupied, you either ate separately or crowded four people into a two‑person table. ABSURD! Even after pointing out the situation, the staff refused on several occasions to combine two‑person tables for us to dine. A ridiculous rigidity! Drinks were all paid for, including water, which I think should be included; I understand drinks and wine, but not water, and they closed the dispenser that was present at breakfast! Moreover, it was unclear how they changed the towels and how often they cleaned the rooms; communication needs improvement here and adding bathroom products.
