The location was good, but the staff assigned me to a booked room that had no electricity due to a malfunction. They moved me to a similar room, but after two days they demanded an extra fee for amenities that really weren't there, and the room was still the same category. The fact that the hotel couldn't accommodate me in a working room because of the breakdown is a problem, but you don't have to mention it…
