“Pricey but beautiful hotel. Most staff were friendly.”
We loved the initial check‑in and the hotel looked beautiful. Facilities were excellent except for a broken lift to the gym. The price was high but the hotel was gorgeous and close to a Westfield. Unfortunately, a staff member who booked our taxi on the last day lowered the overall rating for the staff—I've never seen rude front‑of‑house staff in a high‑end hotel, let alone feel like an imposition to their day; he was unprofessional and not helpful. He left a sour impression as he was the second‑to‑last evening in Paris. The man I spoke with had a limp, but I didn’t catch his name.
