The apartment is large with two living rooms, a kitchen, and a shower. It sits in the city center near everything. The reception staff are friendly. The 4‑star apartment is not equipped: the kitchen has no utensils or glasses, and there is nothing to make coffee or tea. There are no utensils for cooking or a washing machine, which a 4‑star hotel should have. The shower head cannot be fixed in place, making showering difficult. The cleaning lady did not tidy the room properly the next day: towels were not in place and the room was not made.
