The stay was excellent, with friendly staff from reception onward, a calm atmosphere, and good breakfast; everyone was cooperative. I suggest anyone coming to Istanbul, especially long‑term residents, book here because the location is close to the tram and all the services and restaurants.

I recommend this hotel; the staff are very courteous, especially the man at reception named Mustafa and the lady Rukiya, who are always ready to help.
