We had a really pleasant stay; the place feels warm and well‑maintained, and even when the whole village lost power the backup generator kept everything running smoothly. Magali was a star – always polite, quick to help, and attentive to the little things that made our visit special. The only hiccup was a shower with weak pressure, which made the mornings a bit less enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cabins look gorgeous with a nice vibe. However, the lack of a reliable power source was a problem – the generator struggled, so the air‑conditioning barely worked and the place felt like a sauna, plus there was no hair dryer and only a tiny mirror in the bathroom. For the price, I’d have expected at least warm water and a bit more comfort, but Maga and the team were attentive throughout.

Without a doubt the best spot we found in Caraíva; the chalet is stunning, roomy, and super comfortable. The trek up to the place with our luggage felt long, but the view and the peace once we arrived made it totally worth it.
