The hotel was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent; the breakfast was good and the value for money was great, plus the location was superb. However, basic maintenance was missing, the air‑conditioner cooled too little, it was very noisy, the electric shower was off and would shock if turned on, and it was so loud that someone had to turn it on right when I needed it; overall, though, it was a good stay.

Nothing positive. The breakfast was weak, the shower had no hot water, the bathroom was old, and it took days to get the receipt.
