The park and pool are clean and fairly organized, the room is cozy and tidy, and the area is very convenient and quiet for reaching Pisa and Livorno; there are plenty of free games like ping‑pong and mini‑football. However, some details need more attention, such as the garden, which isn’t in perfect condition.
