I never got to stay. When I arrived, it took 20 minutes before someone came out to help me, and they couldn’t find my booking while I was standing in the rain on the street. I tried to cancel the booking to no avail, and they double‑booked me. Then they told me the place was full and that I could go to their other B&B for a room. I phoned the number provided in the booking, but she was in a meeting and was told she would call after 19h00 on Friday; today is Saturday and she still hasn’t called me, and they have not refunded my money—they took my card. Their AI service is not very helpful, leaving you to do the service you’re supposed to provide. I’m highly disappointed in the whole process and it’s a quick way to take your hard‑earned money. The staff were totally arrogant and clueless; they shouldn’t be in this business.

The price was the only good thing. After 10pm the gates stayed locked; they refused to open the remote‑controlled gate and said we should call SAPs. We had a family emergency and they kept us locked inside for an hour. It was really disappointing. The police had to help us open the remote‑controlled gate.
