“Great location in a lovely town!”

The location of the property is right in town. It is conveniently located near to eateries and easy to walk around. Just need to park and enjoy the town. One can easily find a mixture of Malaysian cuisines just along the many streets from the property. The room is not soundproof. It is on a busy street with motorbikes and cars passing through; also the town is lovely with many birds. The birds start to get busy at 430am and the people activities start around 5am, so one can't sleep tight if you are sensitive to environmental noises. But if one like to see the town getting started in the morning, it's a great place to look down the street. Just to mention that there was a note to say snacks are complimentary in the pantry, but there's none. Perhaps it was an old note. (smile)

“Satisfied with my stay”

I liked that the room had an en‑suite bathroom. Initially I thought there was no soap or shampoo, but there were. I also found a hair dryer, though there was no toothbrush or toothpaste, which was fine. Nearby, there are plenty of shops like Eco, Zus Coffee, Mixue, and Nasi Kandar, so I didn’t have to worry about supplies. The location is close to a park, so I could jog in the mornings. The air‑conditioning was cool, Netflix was available, and the iron was right outside the door. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge, and water filter for guests. Self‑check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the owner was responsive. For people with a program at UPSI, this place is convenient if nearby hotels are full; it’s only about 28 minutes away. The water pressure was a bit slow, but not terribly so—maybe a 6/10.
