The owner was courteous, the place was quiet. The mattress was a drawback.

The location was great for visiting Assisi and the surrounding area. The hospitality was truly exceptional; the hosts made you feel welcome and are always ready to give advice about places to visit. I would only add a bottle of water and plastic glasses in the room for late‑night arrivals.
