“Disappointing for the Accor group and will not stay there again and maybe not elsewhere.”

The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the Wi‑Fi was ineffective for working on my laptop, which forced me to use the next day to finish my work and disrupted my schedule, so I rated the stay very poorly. The shower had mold at the floor‑wall junction, the shower soap was empty, the exhaust fan was very loud for little benefit, there was no nightlight or bathroom light to navigate at night, the entry door handle/lock worked intermittently, a stick residue on the bedside table needed cleaning, the water jug in the fridge was mostly empty, and there seemed to be electronic interference in the car park that affected my car key, causing issues with both key sets until I left the parking area.

The room was neat and tidy, and the after‑hours lady on the phone was excellent, but the receptionist at check‑in acted like he was doing us a favor by giving us our room, with no smile and a glum face.

The bathroom was really nice, but the postage sign wasn’t great.

“Perfect for a travelling stop.”

The spot worked for us, and the beds were super comfy, but the building was huge and we stayed at the back while friends were at the front, so we had to walk quite a distance between us.
