“Piękny apartament wśród gwaru starego miasta”

The apartment is spacious and looks even BETTER than in the photos. Wide, comfortable bed, large sofa, shower with very pleasant water pressure, a small balcony overlooking a charming, VERY lively Italian street, and we even have a subtle sea view :) If you want to feel the Italian vibe, this is a really great place. The host is helpful; we could check in after 1:00 am and check out around 7:00 am. Whenever something was needed or we needed advice, he always tried to help. The apartment has a fridge, but it would have made life easier and the stay more pleasant if there was also a microwave and kettle. The apartment is located above a square with several bars. It’s not “5 tables and pleasant chatter until midnight.” It’s hundreds of happy and very noisy, sometimes singing Italians until 3 am :) The bars operate daily in summer and the windows only partially sound‑proof. We liked it, but if you have even mild sleep problems, bring earplugs. I slept without them, but my fiancée needed them.

Everything perfect and clean. Central location. Paid parking is fairly close. Host kind and helpful.

The location is right in the center of old town Barletta. It was nice to experience the busy crowds the minute you were out of the B&B. The main lidos/beaches are about 15 minutes walking distance (one umbrella with 2 sunbeds was 25 Euros). The host was very welcoming and can give recommendations of wilder beaches or places to visit in the area, depending on your interest. There are many restaurants near the B&B and the closest market is just outside the old town, about 10 minutes walking distance. There was a lot of noise coming from the nearby terraces, but no one in our family suffered from it. We could all sleep well at night, even though the partying was up until 2 am.

I appreciated the kindness and availability of the owners; they met every request. The owner also took us to a nice beach in the western area. We were very happy there. The breakfast bar needs a complete review.
