The Waterfall - Free Parking

The location was fine, close to the beach, clean, and I saw that breakfast and lunch were served on request. The resort was very beautiful, clean, and had many terraces. I had booked a large double room with a matrimonial bed, and I had communicated with the owner beforehand to confirm that what I booked would be available. When we arrived, we were given a twin room on the attic—very small—and the owner said there was no double room available. It is embarrassing to give a couple a twin room, and the beds could not be positioned well. The owner only spoke Bulgarian and not at all English, so we barely understood each other. Because of these issues, I gave it a 7.

Very cute place, clean and conveniently located. The hosts are kind and polite, and the noise from the nearby waterfall gives a very pleasant atmosphere. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend The Waterfall - Free Parking.

“Our stay in Balchik was wonderful, with a perfect location, great atmosphere, and an overall fantast”

I stayed at a hotel in Balchik that was absolutely fantastic – the location was perfect, the surroundings gorgeous, and the vibe super relaxing. Clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff made the whole experience a joy, though a bit of wind on the days we were outside was a minor annoyance. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back again.

“O cazare foarte plăcută”

A very pleasant stay, with a bedroom, kitchenette, generous balcony and even a sofa. The room was clean and the hosts were great to talk to. The only downside is that, like many places on the Bulgarian coast, there’s no shower cabin or proper bathroom.

The staff were kind and did their best, going the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Their help made the stay smoother than I expected. I’d recommend staying here if you want friendly service.
