Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas y no tiene moqueta en el suelo. Las sábanas estaban limpias y olía bien. Se agradece de verdad. Hay gran variedad de productos de baño, zapatillas y botellas de agua de cortesía. El desayuno muy bueno y la cena del restaurante también. Todo muy rico y un buen servicio a mesa. Piscina grande y el agua súper bien de temperatura! Un gustazo bañarse. Los muebles y los baños de las habitaciones están anticuados. En el baño me he encontrado algún que otro pelo y la ducha no cuela el agua correctamente. La piscina es gratuita pero cierra a las 17:30 y hay que pagar el gorro a 4 euros. El spa también cierra a la misma hora y lo hay que pagar a mayores a 28€ por persona. La televisión tiene un chromecast que no está conectado a internet, es decir, que no sirve para gran cosa…Para acceder al wifi hay que registrarse con una dirección de correo. Tampoco tienen cable HDMI-USBc a disposición en la recepción para conectar el teléfono o tablet y ver algo en la televisión…un retraso en el año 2026…en el restaurante durante la cena había muchísimo ruido. No sé si es así siempre pero fue bastante molesto. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizado. Me esperaba algo más por el precio

The team was very helpful, arranging taxis and giving directions. The only drawback was that, as a paraplegic wheelchair user, I couldn’t access the shower in my room even though the floor was level.

The place was super clean, we felt very comfortable, and the included breakfast was excellent—highly recommend. We really appreciated the 12 pm checkout. The only issue was a missing shower seal that let water leak, but overall everything was great.
