The reception greeted us happily and welcomingly, and when we asked to leave our luggage in a safe place upon checkout, they gladly accommodated us. However, the building needs an update; it's old and requires fresh paint, new carpets, and a bit of TLC.

Nothing good. Everything bad. My stay at the Brentwood Aberdeen Hotel was disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness, housekeeping, and customer service. On arrival, a persistent unpleasant odor lingered in the room. The room appeared unclean, with dirt and grime in the room, bathroom, and toilet area. The bathroom’s condition was particularly concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Housekeeping fell short: cleaning was either not done properly or insufficient to bring the room to a reasonable standard, which is disappointing since cleanliness is a basic hotel requirement. I was also dissatisfied with the hospitality and customer service; my concerns received neither the attention nor resolution I would expect. Overall, the issues are straightforward and important: room cleanliness, bathroom hygiene, unpleasant odor, inadequate housekeeping, and unsatisfactory customer service. I would not recommend the Brentwood Aberdeen Hotel and would not stay there again.
