The location was fine, yet the building felt outdated, the innerspring mattress was uncomfortable, the walls were chipped, the hallways were dim, and the breakfast was disappointing; the lobby looked nice but that was the extent of it.

There was nothing to praise. The bathroom had dirty, used rags left in it before I entered, the fridge was frozen over, the room temperature was set to 66 °F, and when I called for extra towels and rags it took an extensive amount of time before they arrived; breakfast wasn’t included, and there was a long wait for an extra blanket.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, but the breakfast selection was very limited and the bodega‑style spread was unexciting, especially when traveling with kids.
