The location is spot on, easy to reach on foot or by metro. Maria, who served breakfast, was incredibly friendly and kept things running smoothly even when another staff member was absent; she truly represents the hotel well. The only downside was a bit of noise from outside.

The hotel sits just a block from the Mbt North Station, which was the main reason we booked it because we didn’t want to walk far after a late train from Salwm. The room itself was small, dated, and had a dirty carpet, and it wasn’t the one I had chosen when booking. The windows were oddly positioned high on the wall with cut‑outs in the ceiling, making them unreachable; I couldn’t close the blinds if it were a girls’ trip. The nightly rate was 500.00, so it wasn’t worth it. I would not stay here again. We arrived late and called ahead to avoid losing our room. In the lobby restaurant, the chicken tenders were burnt and had to be returned.

“Good hotel based in an ideal location for exploring Boston and beyond”

After telling the staff we were on our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a king suite, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel’s proximity to North Station made it convenient for exploring further afield. On day three we had to request a room cleaning; earlier, when the cleaner knocked, we sent them away the first time and only received a cursory clean the second time.
