A wonderful old but very charming house with matching furnishings. A remarkable and affectionate selection of small and large artworks. It’s somewhat remote but very quiet. Claudine and Pascal are very lovely hosts. Communication in French and English was completely smooth.

The place was tastefully designed and beautiful, with a great pool. The hosts did everything to make our stay pleasant, helped us book spots, gave useful travel tips, and precise restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and indulgent; I highly recommend staying here. Nothing else—we loved everything.

“Goede locatie, goed zwembad, vriendelijk onthaal.”

The location was very good; quiet yet close to a charming town (Blois). The breakfast was dessert‑focused: we found the spread of spreads too limited (no salty options). Everything was homemade, which was nice. More variety at breakfast would have been better.

Claudine and Pascal were exceptionally warm and helpful hosts. They made our stay very pleasant, were available for questions at all times, and gave great restaurant, bike‑trail, and sight‑seeing suggestions. We especially appreciated their help with a restaurant reservation on the last evening. Driving to Blois takes about 11 minutes. In the evening you can park for free on the Loire bank, where many excellent restaurants are. Breakfast with Claudine and Pascal was excellent. Because it was very hot during our stay, we enjoyed the lovely pool after long bike rides. We felt completely comfortable and recommend the place without reservation. Everything was great.
