The staff were friendly and helpful, but compared to my stay last year, the place looked a bit worn and tired. The rooms can feel a bit gloomy and dark.

You’re right next to the waterfront and just a 3‑minute walk to Old Town. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the reception staff were great. However, there’s no parking, and the nearest paid lot is a 10‑minute walk away (I recommend TQ Plaza). At night, there was a lot of noise, especially loud music outside. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the shower head didn’t work properly, and the breakfast staff were quite cold and unfriendly.

The hotel sits right on the promenade with yachts in view, and the restaurant offers a great view for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the plumbing works fine. Staff speak English. However, the parking is far from the hotel, near a cemetery, and you can’t drive in because the area is gated, so you’ll have to wheel your luggage. There’s no elevator; you have to climb stairs to the front desk. In the room there was no hallway mirror, it was removed and never returned. The minibar is empty and there’s no free water – it doesn’t meet 4‑star standards. There are no spoons for shoes or bathrobes.

The location is central. There were no slippers, the fridge wasn’t working, and daily water wasn’t provided. There was no elevator.

The place is super convenient, literally a 3‑to‑4‑minute walk to Old Town, right next to the harbor and boardwalk. The Burger King below didn’t bother us at all. We stayed one night in a large, very clean, apartment‑style room with a bedroom, kitchen/living area, and a bathroom that had a nice partial sea view and all the essentials, including an extra blanket and full toiletries. The room was spotless. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helped us with a 1‑hour late check‑out, which was great. She also arranged a €60 transfer to Tivat Airport, which was smooth and highly recommended if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was offered for €8 at a neighboring restaurant; it’s optional, and there are plenty of lovely spots near the Old Town walls or the seaside. The property feels slightly under‑renovated in places; exposed sockets and wires looked unsafe, and some lamps didn’t work because they lacked switches. The shower/bathroom drain was unreliable and tended to clog or flood quickly if the water wasn’t turned off and on frequently; it was manageable for a one‑night stay but would be a problem for a longer stay.
