I arrived in the morning and no one was there; everything was closed. I called and messaged but got no response. I waited an hour hoping to drop off my bag, but nothing changed. I ended up finding other accommodation. Later I got a message saying check‑in wasn’t until 2 pm—which is fair—but that doesn’t mean the place should be boarded up until then and that there should be no option for people to show up earlier to drop off their stuff. My friend arrived a few hours after 2 pm and still no one was there and everything was still locked. I have no idea if this place is closed or what, but I would not book.

Nothing. We made the reservation, arrived at the hostel and nobody attended us, and they didn't answer calls or messages; we had to go back because we couldn't find a hotel, very bad, everything was closed.

The view was great, but the place felt unsafe and there was no one around to help, so I couldn't figure out how to contact the staff.
