Staying at this amazing B&B went beyond our expectations—the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the champagne bubble jet tub was a delightful surprise; the hosts served a great breakfast that felt like a meal with friends, and they are both friendly and clearly proud of their work, so I can’t recommend it enough!

It’s quiet, clean, and the staff are very nice and friendly; they keep guests updated on any possible inconveniences (e.g., wifi) and resolve them quickly, with a remarkable response time to assist or bring what you need—very fast.

The place is nice among Texas cedars near the creek, a perfect escape from the Waco bustle; we’re from Iowa but know the area well, having lived there and attended TSTC, with kids born in Temple and Dallas; the host is great, the property is very clean despite the natural surroundings, and we enjoyed chatting with her in her lovely house.
